More about Giovana

How did you get into design?

Growing up, I was always a curious kid who loved figuring out how things worked. When I got my first computer, my curiosity grew even more. I quickly became fascinated by the web and wanted to understand how it all came together. That curiosity led me into creating my own websites, and I picked up a bit of programming along the way. Over time, that fascination evolved into a true passion, leading me into the world of design.

Why are you at Resend?

I've been following Resend for quite a while, and I've always admired their work – the attention to detail, the level of craft and the delightful little features that make everything feel so unique and special. Joining the team gives me the chance not only to contribute to something meaningful but also to collaborate with people who genuinely care.

Where do you find #inspiration?

I find inspiration by being around people I admire. Whether it's through their work, conversations, or simply their energy – I always pick up on something that sparks inspiration in me.

If you weren't designing, what would you be doing?

As a kid, I always dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. Growing up surrounded by all kinds of animals, I developed a deep love and respect for them, which made me want to help care for them. So if I weren't designing, I hope I would be fulfilling this childhood dream.
